Welcome to the 21 Day Pilates Sculpt Challenge! These classes will help strengthen and tone your entire body through the low impact approach of Pilates. We will be using 1-2lb weights throughout each class, but as always modifications are welcome so weights are optional. If you've been wanting a workout that's a little bit more spicy, this challenge is for you!
